Occasionally someone will think they have canker sores when actually they have another ailment, usually
a viral infection.  Even doctors can occasionally make a misdiagnosis.  So before ordering please take the
following test to see if you really have canker sores:

(1.)  Did either of your parents ever have canker sores?  Canker sores are hereditary, so if neither parent
had them, you probably do not have them.  (In a few rare instances a parent has passed on the gene
without having the sores.)

(2.)  Do you often get a canker sore when you bite your mouth?  If you never get a canker sore when you
bite your mouth, then whatever sores you have are probably not canker sores.

(3.)  Do your sores start as a cluster of pinpoint-size dots which eventually merge together to form a sore?
If so, then this is NOT a canker sore.  It is a virus.

(4.)  Do the sores ever get so painful you cannot eat?  This type of extreme pain is typical of canker sores.
If your sores are simply mildly annoying, without extreme pain, then they may not be canker sores.

(5.)  Is the sore the size of a pencil eraser, or smaller?  If your sore is the size of a dime, or larger, then it is
NOT a canker sore.

If, after taking this five question test, you find your sores are not canker sores, then Canker Cure will not help
you.  You probably have a viral infection and need to see a doctor to get antiviral medicine.  However, after
taking this test, if you are still not sure whether you have canker sores you may call us at (702) 218-8421.

Shipping information:

Orders are generally shipped the same day they are received, often within a few hours.  We do not ship by
bulk rate which can take 10 or 12 days.  We ship First Class mail which can usually reach anywhere in the U.S.
within 3 days or less.  Every order is checked at least 3 times for accuracy.  We treat our customers the way
we would want to be treated.

A word about the Next Day Shipping option:

The order must be placed Monday through Friday, before 4:00PM Eastern Time, 3:00PM Central Time, 2:00PM
Mountain Time, or 1:00PM Pacific Time.  If this option is used on a Saturday or Sunday, the shipment will be
sent Monday morning and you will receive it Tuesday.  If this option is used Monday through Friday after the
designated time it may take two days to reach you.  Also, the Postal Service designates certain areas as being
remote locations and requires an extra day to deliver to those zip codes.

Our manufacturing quality:

Canker Cure is manufactured and bottled at an FDA inspected, cGMP certified facility in pharmaceutical grade clean rooms.  Only the finest ingredients are used.  After manufacturing, the sealed bottles are shipped to our headquarters where they are further tested for quality.  Then we apply the labels and prepare the product for shipping.  It is then held in a climate controlled room until it is shipped to the customer.  We leave nothing to chance.

How many pills are needed per day?

It depends on weight.  A child weighing 40 to 75 pounds would need one pill per day.  A person weighing 76
to 125 pounds requires 2 pills per day.  From 126 to 175 would need 3 pills.  Between 176 and 225 needs 4 per
day.  From 226 to 275 will require 5 each day.  And 276 to 325 will use 6 per day.  These are the amounts
needed for prevention when no sores are present.  If a person already has an outbreak and wants to eliminate
it quickly, these amounts need to be tripled.  Note: there are 30 pills per bottle.

Are there instances in which Canker Cure should not be used?

It is not recommended during pregnancy.

Although Canker Cure can be used with oral steroids, such as Prednisone, it is recommended to stop taking
Canker Cure for 10-14 days after stopping the steroid.  When a person stops taking a steroid, the outer cortex
of the adrenal gland is no longer producing its hormones in a sufficient amount.  This prevents Canker Cure
from working as well as it should.

Additionally, Canker Cure should not be taken by anyone who has been diagnosed with Leber's Disease,
which is an extremely rare hereditary disease which affects the optic nerve.  It should also not be taken by
anyone using Azathioprine (an immune system suppressant).

In the rare event the product needs to be returned for a refund please contact us, by phone or email, for
authorization and instructions before returning it.

If you experience any difficulties ordering online, please give us a call at (702) 218-8421 and we will gladly
take your order over the phone.
